Senior Finance Analyst - Customer Development

This role is integral to the Finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager for the Customer Development sector within the US Drug Channel.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Finance Manager - Customer Development US Drug Channel

Location: Skillman, NJ (Corporate headquarters scheduled to relocate in the near future)

Travel Requirements: 5%, primarily within North America

Compensation: $85-117K

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Analyst for Customer Development plays a pivotal role in providing financial guidance and analysis for the US Drug Channel. This position collaborates closely with Customer Leadership teams to evaluate financial strategies and impacts.

  • Manage Trade Budget Variance Analysis for the US Drug Channel, focusing on process standardization and proactive risk and opportunity assessment to meet targets.
  • Oversee the consolidation, collection, and validation of monthly LE data across all US Drug Channel customers.
  • Enhance Trade Investment efficiency through data-driven insights and standardized analytics measuring return on investment.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to support month-end closing activities, gaining insights and analytics related to Retail Inventory Data and shipments.
  • Assist in future efficiency initiatives, including optimizing business processes, advancing standardization, report automation, analytics/visualization, and finance technology projects.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related business role.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Creative thinking and teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
  • Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CPA) is advantageous.
  • Robust systems and technical experience in process and technology enhancement.
