Key Responsibilities:

  2. Compliance Oversight:
    Provide comprehensive oversight of finance compliance activities, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  3. Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals, fostering an environment of growth and development.
  4. Business Partnership:
    Act as a trusted advisor to various business units, offering insights and recommendations to enhance compliance practices.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    Champion innovative solutions and process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in compliance operations.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with significant experience in finance compliance and management. Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
