Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership and Account Management:
- Position our Managed Services, Professional Services, and Technology Practices to align with customer needs and establish trust.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the IT industry and competitive landscape.
- Effectively communicate our competitive advantages to provide value to clients.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between account teams and technical resources.
- Build and sustain relationships at all organizational levels, from technical staff to executive leadership.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate processing of quotes and orders.
- Develop a comprehensive customer technology roadmap and engage in proactive sales activities.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
- Formulate and execute detailed territory plans and individual account strategies.
- Utilize Hubspot for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Strategic Development:
- Expand and enhance the TSTS Sales Team.
- Establish performance metrics and expectations for Account Executives.
- Conduct regular reviews and strategic planning sessions with the team.
- Present quarterly business reviews to executive leadership, analyzing performance and pipeline.
- Foster partnerships with vendor sales representatives to optimize joint selling opportunities.
- Leverage forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology company, Value-Added Reseller, or Original Equipment Manufacturer.
- Experience in selling advanced technology solutions from leading manufacturers.
- Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives and selling enterprise solutions.
- Strong aptitude for technology and consultative sales methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Solution Selling Sales Training is a plus.
