Role at SBM Management

SBM Management is seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor . The Regional Operations Supervisor will be tasked with overseeing company initiatives and executing organizational policies to guarantee full adherence to contractual obligations between the organization and its clients. This role involves managing several sites, financial plans, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Create rosters for service staff and allocate personnel to specific routes.
  • Assess and review the physical state of facilities for compliance with operational standards, including safety, quality, and service.
  • Conduct audits and manage inventory supplies and equipment.
  • Explore and advocate for enhanced equipment and methodologies.
  • Analyze customer service requests to determine the underlying issues and collaborate with management to address them.
  • Enforce organizational policies and objectives.
  • Review budget proposals to identify potential areas for cost reduction.
  • Support the marketing of services to develop new business opportunities and enhance market presence.
  • Evaluate facility usage and space allocation.
  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and scheduling adjustments, including cost estimates and contract documentation.
  • Ensure that locations consistently meet financial targets.
  • Contribute to the formulation of long-term strategies, conceptual designs, and capital expenditure requirements for process enhancements.
  • Coordinate specifications for programs, proposals, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Gather data for preparing financial estimates.
  • Monitor and report on the financial aspects of operations, including labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and any changes in these areas.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Supervise management activities that support facility operations.
  • Act as a liaison among the organization, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain databases related to contracts and contractor statuses.
  • Review all communications concerning contractors and respond appropriately.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with contractors to facilitate smooth contract execution.
  • Conduct and participate in meetings to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Assist with human resource-related matters.
  • Some travel may be necessary for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skills in customer service, problem-solving, time management, project management, planning, and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to address common inquiries or complaints from clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Capability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Shift: Various shifts available
