About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Coal Creek Physical Therapy. As a key member of our front desk support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate records.
  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service, greet patients warmly, and uphold a positive and friendly environment in our clinic.
  • Additional Duties: Perform follow-up calls, maintain logs and data, and assist with UltraSound, Electrical Stimulation, and traction as a PT-Aide.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide quality customer service, multitask, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to quality documentation and billing practices.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working in a positive, team environment and be open to continued training in patient handling and communication.
