Job Overview

FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to address all administrative requirements specific to field services.


• Maintain comprehensive records and monitor all necessary training and certifications mandated by EWI and clients.


• Organize and facilitate essential training sessions, physical examinations, tests, and certifications according to established schedules (e.g., CPR, Fit Tests, etc.).


• Oversee the inventory and procurement of all field-specific personal protective equipment (PPE), supplies, and other essential items.


• Coordinate the acquisition of team uniforms and required apparel in partnership with the company-wide support team.


• Offer foundational technical assistance for EWI equipment, programs, and applications to field teams.


• Provide immediate communication, equipment, and supply support for emergency response initiatives and teams.


• Perform additional duties as necessary.

FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR | REQUIRED SKILLS


• Capable of delivering both in-office and occasional on-site administrative support.


• Proficient in effective communication with diverse personality types and communication styles.


• Strong proficiency and experience with Microsoft Suite/Programs; familiarity with Teams is advantageous.

FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR | EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE


• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.


• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.


• Previous administrative experience is desirable.

FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR | EMPLOYMENT TYPE AND WORK HOURS


• This is a full-time role; standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.


• On-call availability may be necessary for emergency response support.


• Overtime may be required for emergency response activities.

FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR | WORKING ENVIRONMENT


• The position is primarily office-based, but on-site project assistance will be required as directed by the Operations Manager.


• All employees, whether in the office or in the field, must adhere to safety standards and wear all necessary PPE in designated areas.

FIELD OPERATIONS COORDINATOR | PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


• This role necessitates both in-office and field support. While primarily sedentary, the employee may need to lift or move items weighing over 30 pounds when required.
