ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will be integral to maintaining the financial health of Fjällräven. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to clients with overdue invoices and collaborate to find payment solutions.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payments, investigate payment discrepancies, and ensure accurate daily cash postings.
  • Effective Communication: Foster positive relationships with internal teams and clients through professional dialogue.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive work environment by assisting colleagues as needed.

KEY TASKS

  • Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and facilitate payment collection.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes.
  • Generate and distribute account statements and invoices.
  • Coordinate with credit, account services, and sales teams about delinquent accounts.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments as required.
  • Post cash transactions and reconcile bank statements.
  • Inform relevant departments about payment deductions.
  • Continuously seek to enhance processes and communication.
  • Utilize sound judgment to make decisions and solve problems.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to build positive professional relationships and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Energetic and positive attitude towards handling multiple tasks.
