Job Title: HR Generalist

Camel Energy Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to manage all human resource procedures and ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create, evaluate, and maintain HR department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor legislation and company standards.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage health and life insurance programs, ensuring that employees have access to comprehensive benefits that meet their needs.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver effective training and development plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular employee performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support employee growth and development.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, sourcing and selecting top talent to fill critical roles within the organization.
  • Financial Management: Track and manage department budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Employee Engagement: Handle employee queries and issues, providing exceptional customer service and support to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a proven track record of success in HR management.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processes, and recruitment practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
