Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in consultative sales, particularly in providing financial planning services to high net worth individuals

Role Purpose:

The Financial Wellness Consultant, part of Fidelity's Personal & Workplace Investments division, offers a tailored, needs-based approach that prioritizes the financial goals of participants. This role aims to optimize outcomes for Tax-Exempt Market (TEM) plan sponsors and participants, fostering engagement and growth within the Tax-Exempt Market.

As a WFC, you will conduct guidance sessions with participants regarding their workplace retirement savings plans. These interactions may range from individual consultations to group educational seminars covering fundamental topics such as company plan details and budgeting strategies. While you will address complex issues like income planning and portfolio assessments, these will typically be managed by a Director or Retirement Planner.

  • Deliver both fundamental and intricate guidance to workplace participants, utilizing Fidelity's tools such as Portfolio Review, Income Planner, Retirement Quick Check, and Retirement Income Plan.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Management to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty metrics as defined by the business unit, while proactively engaging with business partners to gather pertinent information regarding the Plan Sponsor relationship.
  • Develop and nurture new and existing relationships on campus and within the Retirement Planners' network.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targeted plan sponsor satisfaction levels.
