The Onboarding Specialist is tasked with overseeing the complete onboarding journey for our valued associates through strategic partnerships, including our Canadian staffing operations. This position demands outstanding communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a strong capacity for relationship management. The Onboarding Specialist will guarantee a smooth onboarding process that aligns with the standards and expectations of both TekWissen Group and our strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main contact for high-value associates, ensuring their onboarding experience is seamless, professional, and exceeds expectations.
  • Onboarding Process Oversight: Manage all facets of the onboarding process, including documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements, while keeping updated with client and corporate standards.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain consistent communication through various channels with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.
  • Relationship Development: Build and sustain rapport with stakeholders and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the onboarding experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any challenges that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver regular updates and reports on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and areas for enhancement to senior management.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Capability to function effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or client relationship management is preferred.
  • Experience with high-value clients in a high-touch environment is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred membership in SHRM or GAASHRM.
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
