Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the administrative functions of human resources at our OKG Warehouse and Transportation Team Members. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, attendance tracking, and maintaining documentation of attendance write-ups and medical documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support weekly payroll processing, including pre-close, pay report review, overtime and labor reporting, payroll submission, and paycheck adjustments.
  • Manage attendance tracking of Team Members, maintaining documentation of attendance write-ups and medical documents.
  • Assist with Team Members' issues, including leaves of absence, payroll discrepancies, and coordination of unemployment documentation and witnesses for hearings.
  • Track birthdays and anniversaries for all Team Members and submit quarterly/yearly perfect attendance bonus information for payout.
  • Submit status change notifications, data entry transactions, and terminations to corporate human resources.
  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientations, including creating name tags, scheduling new hires for orientation, reviewing policies and procedures, and completing new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications.
  • Update and post bid letters if applicable.
  • Adhere to and understand the collective bargaining agreement in order to be knowledgeable of vacation and holiday policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for miscellaneous payroll matters, handling punches, scheduling issues, and SmartTrack maintenance.
  • Follow up on I-9 verifications for Team Members.
  • Assist with random drug testing (per established policy).
  • Assist fellow Confidential HR Coordinator(s) as needed.
