Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Senior Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our workforce. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in HR management or a comparable senior HR position, along with a deep understanding and empathy for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
    • Implement Bamboo HR to facilitate a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
  2. Job Description Oversight:
    • Ensure all job descriptions are current and adhere to local, state, and federal laws.
    • Utilize Bamboo HR to keep job descriptions accurate and easily accessible.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Create effective training resources and performance management systems to improve employee comprehension of their roles.
    • Employ Bamboo HR tools for streamlined performance evaluation and management.
  4. Compensation Management:
    • Develop and sustain a compensation framework informed by market analysis and salary surveys, using Bamboo HR for data insights.
    • Regularly revise the compensation strategy within the Bamboo HR platform.
  5. Conflict Resolution:
    • Address employee concerns and disputes, ensuring resolutions align with company policies and regulations.
    • Document and monitor conflict resolution efforts through Bamboo HR.
  6. Regulatory Adherence:
    • Guarantee the organization complies with all relevant employment laws, leveraging Bamboo HR for tracking and reporting.
    • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation using Bamboo HR.
  7. Performance Evaluations:
    • Conduct regular performance assessments and salary reviews, collaborating with management to ensure equitable evaluations through Bamboo HR.
  8. HR Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies throughout the organization.
    • Utilize Bamboo HR to distribute and monitor adherence to HR policies.
  9. Organizational Management:
    • Maintain current organizational charts and employee directories using Bamboo HR's management features.
  10. Strategic HR Alignment:
    • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with broader business objectives, using Bamboo HR for workforce planning.
  11. HR Systems Enhancement:
    • Continuously improve HR systems and processes within Bamboo HR to boost efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement Bamboo HR solutions that support various HR functions.
  12. Team Support:
    • Provide guidance and support to HR personnel, promoting a cooperative and effective team environment.
    • Utilize Bamboo HR for employee communication and support.
  13. Compensation and Benefits Review:
    • Examine compensation and benefits trends using Bamboo HR analytics, making recommendations for necessary adjustments.
  14. Employee Retention Initiatives:
    • Design and execute successful employee retention strategies, measuring their effectiveness through Bamboo HR analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in HR management roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations at various levels.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • High degree of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Bamboo HR or similar HRIS platforms.
