We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Office Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.

About The Role

This role requires a personable and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them warmly and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate meeting space. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing office supplies, ordering food, and maintaining tidy public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for THMA, providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients.
  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the correct meeting space.
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages.
  • Manage office supplies and snacks, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Assist with general office upkeep, including cleaning common areas and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Support talent acquisition by greeting candidates, directing them to in-person interviews, and helping prepare interview materials.
  • Arrange conference spaces for team events, including setup and breakdown.
  • Order food for team gatherings and events.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-53,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on the national average for an Executive Office Coordinator in the Arlington, VA area.
