Job Description:

Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to support the Defense Innovation Unit at the Pentagon. The successful candidate will provide direct support to Deputy's Innovation Steering Group (DISG) and Defense Innovation Working Group (DIWG) to rapidly evaluate, identify, and execute innovative solutions for key operational problems facing the Joint Force.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Produce quality work independently or in a group setting, provide solutions to customer issues, and solve problems quickly.
  • Coordinate meeting sites and logistics, agendas, read-aheads, seating charts, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage SharePoint site access and maintenance.
  • Capture, coordinate, and disseminate meeting summary of conclusions.
  • Use tools and portals that link and integrate authoritative data sources for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on senior decision making.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years' experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DOD, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting either event planning, providing meeting notes and summaries, developing agenda notes and summarizations.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Prior experience with stakeholder coordination across DoD or other government entities.
  • Familiarity with the Pentagon, DoD organization/structure, and senior leader decision-making.
Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
