Position Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the entire sales team at GreenThumb. This position involves collaboration with various departments including sales, order fulfillment, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth business operations as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager with various initiatives and responsibilities related to sales systems and reporting.
  • Serve as a primary contact for sales analytics inquiries, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee order processing to guarantee timely delivery, verify orders/invoices, and confirm manifests.
  • Coordinate and manage accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Maintain, optimize, and manage records, reports, dashboards, workflows, and best practices for sales processes.
  • Ensure operational reporting is accurate and streamline ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Enhance and refine the sales process to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Regularly evaluate and suggest improvements for existing processes and programs to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications

A college degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with at least one year of experience in business administration, operations, or analytics is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create formulas and pivot tables, is essential for effective sales operations.

Experience in accounting, business administration, analytics, or operational support is preferred, along with familiarity with sales software systems.

Demonstrated ability to develop documentation for processes and systems is advantageous.

Must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written) are necessary to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Possess strong critical thinking abilities and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, especially when handling confidential information.

Additional Requirements
  • Must pass all required background checks.
  • Must comply with all legal and company regulations relevant to the industry.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
