About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Feastables. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving new business development and supporting our sales operations within small format retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute sales enablement processes for small format retail channels, ensuring efficient customer setup and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development, coordinating the integration of new customers into our systems.
  • Oversee and manage multiple sales projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met and deliverables are executed to the highest standard.
  • Maintain and update customer data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, business reviews, and other sales-related materials for key accounts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales activities with Feastables' business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales operations function, implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies in small format channels.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience with customer onboarding and sales enablement processes, particularly in the CPG sector.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Passion for the creator / social media space.
