Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Deal Coordinator and Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting sales operations and deal management. As a member of our dynamic business environment, you will collaborate with various teams such as legal, sales, customer success, professional services, and information security to ensure smooth progression of deals from initial quoting to final contract execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central coordinator between cross-functional teams to facilitate deal progression.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align proposed deals with business objectives.
  • Manage contract review and approval processes with legal teams.
  • Address data privacy and security concerns with information security teams.
  • Work with professional services teams to define project requirements and pricing.
  • Handle deal-related inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of deal status, milestones, and risks.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to deal operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or deal management.
  • Understanding of legal and contract management.
  • Attention to detail when reviewing contracts, pricing proposals, and project scopes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on deal progression and business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills.
