Job Overview

Treehouse is a dynamic startup focused on facilitating the electrification of residential and commercial spaces, particularly through the installation of electric vehicle chargers. Our customers benefit from a streamlined electrical installation experience, supported by a software-driven team of electricians.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to enhance our operational capabilities. This role involves assisting in the design and execution of our CRM systems, managing project intake for electrification initiatives, and coordinating efforts with external partners. You will play a vital role in advancing electrification projects from their inception, providing essential support for electrical project planning, and collaborating closely with our Sales, Installation Operations, and Lead Electrician teams to ensure precision and efficiency.

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert in electrification, possessing a thorough understanding of electrical installations to effectively assist both customers and colleagues.
  • Facilitating training and performance evaluation for outsourced teams.
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive content library while supporting continuous content enhancements to ensure uniform policy application.
  • Working in tandem with various departments, including Marketing and Installation Operations, to refine the sales process and improve the overall experience for customers and installers.
  • Identifying and executing process improvements and CRM/tooling enhancements in close collaboration with the Head of Sales Operations.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and a consultative approach to potential clients, establishing Treehouse as a reliable authority in the electrification sector.
  • Delivering high-quality support to both prospective clients and partners.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer-oriented role with an operational focus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and related tools.
  • A self-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented mindset; motivated to surpass objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interpersonal collaboration.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in home renovation, maintenance, or repair, or familiarity with electrical systems.
  • Background in consumer sales.
  • A demonstrated interest in climate-related fields.
