Join Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator and take your career to the next level. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating group bookings, managing sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate group bookings and manage sales contracts with accuracy and professionalism
  • Assist in booking individual reservations and maintain group bookings in property systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to execute group bookings and updates

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality preferred
