Job Summary

To excel as a Sales Associate at Paper Source, you will provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your passion for helping others and enthusiasm for our products will make the shopping experience engaging and interactive.

You will create visually appealing displays, maintain a tidy store, and support visual merchandising and replenishment standards. Additionally, you will leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches and promotions, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and genuine service to meet customer needs
  • Using product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations and actively sell
  • Supporting store visual merchandising and replenishment standards
  • Leveraging key campaigns and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Protecting company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards
