Customer Service and Storage Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Manager at Public Storage. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities, including customer service, sales, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Sell storage units and related products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of the facility, ensuring that it is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage cash drawers, make bank deposits, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for travel between facilities and other work-related tasks.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 35 pounds, walk in and around facilities, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
