Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change as requested, and process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
  • Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
