Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Storage Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing storage operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Manage storage operations, including daily unit inspections and cash handling
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning and upkeep of the facility

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
