We are a dedicated single-physician practice focusing on Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Our esteemed physician, Dr. Moe Amadpour, is a Board Certified Internist. As our practice expands, we are looking to recruit a front desk support professional who can assist with the increasing volume of phone inquiries and manage appointment scheduling for in-office visits. This role will also encompass medical records management.
A typical day may involve tasks such as faxing or emailing patient medical records upon request and digitizing documents into patient files. A willingness to learn is essential. We prioritize cross-training our staff to ensure versatility in fulfilling various responsibilities.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, but we welcome anyone eager to contribute positively to our practice.
Our office operates Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays reserved for staff to catch up on administrative tasks.
Upon hiring, you will enter a six-month training period, after which we will evaluate your performance and compensation. This is a part-time role with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with flexibility for negotiation based on experience.
