We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Simi Valley, CA. This position will require onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Human Resources Assistant will execute administrative tasks and services to facilitate the effective functioning of the human resources department.
  • This role supports HR initiatives, maintains confidential administrative records, and aids managers in the recruitment process.
  • Engagement in candidate sourcing, posting job openings, and arranging interviews.
  • Monitor candidate progress in the HRIS and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Respond to common inquiries from applicants and employees regarding standard policies, benefits, and hiring procedures; escalate complex queries to senior HR personnel or management.
  • Assist with the orientation and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide necessary administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file management, HRIS data entry, and other clerical tasks.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, employee recognition activities, holiday celebrations, and other workplace events.
  • Perform additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • College Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a knack for handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to swiftly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and related applications.

In compliance with pay transparency regulations, the salary range for this position is $41,600 - $62,400. This range is not a guarantee of compensation, as the final offer may vary based on factors such as experience and location. Fisica, Inc. also provides a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, educational support, parental leave, paid time off, and company holidays. The specific benefits available may vary based on the date of hire and employment schedule.
