  • Organize and manage both physical and digital records for numerous clients
  • Handle incoming phone calls and welcome clients visiting the office

  • Develop and implement systems to enhance office efficiency
  • Learn and utilize Tax Dome software for client management and document handling
  • Perform various office duties such as restocking supplies, sorting mail, and liaising with vendors

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles or related fields is preferred
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Willingness to learn established procedures and identify areas for improvement
  • Familiarity with administrative tools and services (e.g., PDFs, e-signatures) is advantageous
  • High level of situational awareness and attention to detail
