Administrative Support Role at Guidepost Montessori

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting school operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and staff
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling vendors and maintaining supplies
  • Assist with classroom support as needed
  • Maintain student files and create welcome packets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Customer service or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Ability to collaborate with team members
