Role Overview
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst within the Public Sector Technical Operations team, your role will focus on transforming data into actionable insights that empower decision-making.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the Solutions Architecture (SA) team by delivering business insights that enable leaders to make informed, data-driven choices.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the relevance and utility of reports, while defining and adhering to reporting timelines.
- Provide training to stakeholders on utilizing data tools effectively.
- Contribute significantly to all facets of Public Sector SA reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work in tandem with Global Business Operations and other BI teams to align with company standards in data reporting.

Expertise Development
- Become a subject matter expert in BI best practices, familiarizing yourself with relevant AWS and third-party tools.
- Identify existing reporting gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Assist the Public Sector SA team in balancing immediate tactical objectives with long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or R).
