Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Undersea Sensing and Effects Chief Engineer to lead our team in designing, integrating, and producing high-reliability, high-assurance undersea systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing effective operational concepts, architectures, and solutions for undersea effectors, sensing and surveillance systems, and mission analysis, modeling, testing, and operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of technical strategies and roadmaps for undersea systems
  • Hold final technical authority over the design, integration, production, and installation of undersea systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in undersea systems engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree plus 8 years of experience in undersea systems engineering or a related field
  • Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship

  • Proven experience developing effective operational concepts, architectures, and solutions for undersea effectors, sensing and surveillance systems, and mission analysis, modeling, testing, and operation
  • Experience leading engineering teams and programs
  • Strong technical and programmatic background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
