Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development and Strategy:

Build and nurture relationships with potential partners to enhance financial support for our initiatives.
  • Corporate Engagement:
Establish and maintain partnerships with leading corporations and impact investors.
Work closely with the executive team to explore and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Foster ongoing relationships with partners to ensure sustained engagement and support.
Represent Kuraray America, Inc. at various events to promote our mission and attract potential partners.
  • Proposal and Project Development:
Develop persuasive proposals for partnership arrangements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership efforts with organizational goals.

Candidates should possess a strong background in partnership development and be located near our operational hubs.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in partnership development or fundraising.
A robust network of potential partners.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
