Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at PSBLTY Co. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and impact by securing speaking and partnership opportunities for our lead speaker and business strategist, Chris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure speaking engagements for Chris, including webinars, in-person presentations, and corporate training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements and event details.
  • Maintain strong follow-up processes to ensure engagements are confirmed and all details are meticulously managed.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure partnerships and speaking opportunities.

What You'll Work With:

  • You will work closely with Chris to identify the best opportunities and Marisa, Chris's EA, to ensure all travel and logistical needs are met.
  • You'll collaborate with our broader team to align speaking engagements with our strategic goals.

What You'll Own:

  1. Booking-to-Engagement Ratio: Ensuring that most opportunities pitched result in confirmed speaking engagements.
  2. Marketing-Qualified Leads Generated: Ensuring that Chris is speaking to potential client partners who are the ideal fit for our business.
  3. Closed Business: The gross amount of sales derived from the booked opportunities and generated MQLs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of success as a sales or business development role, with experience ideally in the B2B space.
  • Track record of creating opportunities through identifying and closing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex tasks.
  • Bold, confident, and comfortable pitching high-profile opportunities.
