Position Overview:

As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding project initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

3. **Project Oversight:**
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

4. **Strategic Communication:**
- Exhibit superior communication skills to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.

5. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, external partners, and internal teams.

6. **Governance and Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with governance routines and manage project dependencies effectively.

7. **Budget Management:**
- Develop and maintain project budgets, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on change management and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including JIRA and Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
