Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, along with at least 5 years of pertinent experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Preference for Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hiring. Selected candidates will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Project Supervisor and Release Manager on the Rescue 21 program, you will collaborate closely with a diverse engineering team, the program management office, as well as our call center and field support representatives to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of all projects and tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass proposing, planning, executing, and delivering project outcomes. This includes defining objectives, creating schedules, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and timeline. Additionally, you will oversee project progress, mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Skilled in conveying project topics to a diverse audience
Competent in reporting relevant information clearly
Understanding of project leadership principles, including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls for complex programs
Ability to anticipate technology, process, and skill requirements.
