DRYmedic Restoration Services is comprised of skilled disaster recovery specialists. Our team utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and proven methodologies to restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our primary goal is to swiftly return your property to its pre-damage state.

Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the pivotal role of Restoration Project Supervisor. In this capacity, you will be integral to the effective management of restoration projects. Your key duties will involve assisting the Project Manager, leading project teams, and supervising the restoration workflow. Your excellent communication abilities and practical skills will guarantee that projects are executed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager with all on-site operations
  • Implement the job action plan for restoration activities
  • Communicate workflow and project scope to team members
  • Directly lead team members in the removal or demolition of irreparable materials at job sites
  • Oversee the crew and any additional subcontractors or vendors present
  • Extract standing water when necessary
  • Set up equipment, relocate tools, and replenish supplies in vehicles
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained at the job site
  • Work in confined spaces, including elevated areas
  • Utilize power tools effectively
  • Accurately identify and position drying equipment
  • Employ company software to document loss sites alongside the project manager
  • Capture photographs at various stages of the project

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Reliable transportation to the office
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting required
  • Proficient in using email and other software applications
  • Clean-shaven face for respirator use as per OSHA regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces
  • On-call duties as per rotation schedule (Paid overtime, 2x pay for on-call after-hours work)
