Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will serve as a key intermediary between our development team and clients, ensuring that projects are executed and communicated effectively. The ideal candidate will possess practical development experience with KPHP, a PHP framework, along with a strong foundation in project management principles. Demonstrated experience with KPHP development or relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science or coding boot camps focused on KPHP are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- KPHP Development: Utilize your development expertise with KPHP to assist in project tasks and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact between the development team and clients to promote effective communication and project alignment.
- Project Timeline Management: Supervise and monitor project timelines to guarantee the timely achievement of milestones and final outputs.
- Client Updates: Regularly inform clients about project developments, modifications, and any potential challenges.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve project-related challenges, collaborating with internal teams and clients to devise solutions.
- Documentation Maintenance: Keep precise project documentation, including status updates, meeting notes, and change requests.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project quality by monitoring deliverables to meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in project engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Development Background: Proven experience with KPHP development or relevant knowledge through academic programs in Computer Science or coding boot camps focused on KPHP is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Project or JIRA.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications from coding boot camps or similar training programs in project management or software development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative in gathering information between the development team and clients.
- Experience: Background in application project management.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with additional PHP frameworks and technologies; experience with Java is advantageous.
