Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this position, you will oversee multidisciplinary project teams to deliver outstanding architectural and engineering services to clients across various sectors, including aerospace, manufacturing, education, entertainment, and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables align with scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate and lead project teams consisting of architects, engineers, designers, and consultants.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and staffing strategies to meet client expectations.
Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Maintain open and consistent communication with clients to understand their objectives and manage expectations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other essential project documentation.

Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and technical applications.
PMP certification is preferred.
