Join Our Team as a Front Desk Agent

Viceroy Hotel Group is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Viceroy Washington DC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in and out hotel guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Review arrivals and block rooms as needed
  • Complete tasks on the AM, PM, and Overnight checklists
  • Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs and special requests
  • Follow established key control policy
  • Ensure proper credit policies are followed
  • Submit lost and found articles with a completed report
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role
  • Ability to work well under pressure and accommodate a flexible schedule
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and operations
  • Outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills
