Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Client Advisor for a distinguished luxury brand, recognized for its heritage and elegance since the 1920s. As a Client Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the Ready-to-Wear segment while also nurturing the handbag and accessories categories.

Your role will revolve around delivering exceptional service, showcasing a keen interest in fashion, and demonstrating expertise in product knowledge. The aim is to cultivate enduring client relationships through a deep understanding of our offerings and the art of selling, alongside a comprehensive grasp of boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet and surpass individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exhibit extensive product knowledge, engaging clients with compelling narratives about our offerings.
  • Utilize styling and sales technology to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio while attracting new clientele.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Contribute to inventory management and store organization.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising standards as outlined by the company.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for the brand.
  • Maintain professional communication with management, colleagues, and clients.
  • Engage in monthly training sessions and team meetings.
  • Uphold a polished appearance in accordance with company uniform guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for luxury, fashion, art, and design.
  • Proficient with technology and adaptable to various software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative spirit and a focus on achieving business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury or contemporary retail sales.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in Ready-to-Wear is preferred but not mandatory.
