Position Overview

A Tuckernuck Store Stylist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-lasting client relationships. This position involves supporting daily store operations and contributing to the overall success of our retail environment. The ideal candidate will provide knowledgeable styling advice to clients, helping them cultivate their personal style while building a strong rapport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Representation: As a stylist, you will embody the Tuckernuck brand, ensuring that our core values are upheld while delivering exceptional service.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with customers to create genuine connections and maintain awareness of our top clientele.
  • Sales Achievement: Collaborate with the store team to meet and exceed financial targets, leveraging walk-in traffic, client engagement, and event-driven sales.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Champion exemplary customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Tuckernuck's offerings to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about current trends to offer relevant suggestions and feedback to customers.
  • Operational Integrity: Ensure best practices are followed in daily routines to support both team and customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
