About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-time Luxury Sales Advisor to join our team at Emerging Blue, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) by providing personalized service to clients and promoting our luxury products.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury products, including fashion, accessories, and handbags, to effectively engage clients and drive sales.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to company visual merchandising standards and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and store leadership to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous luxury retail sales experience is required, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and walking are required, with the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
