Client Consultant Role at Emerging Blue, Inc.

Emerging Blue, Inc. is seeking a full-time Client Consultant for a distinguished luxury brand with a legacy that began in the 1920s in Switzerland. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales within the Ready-to-Wear sector while also enhancing the handbag and accessories offerings. Your focus will be on cultivating robust client relationships, demonstrating extensive product knowledge, and providing outstanding service through tailored selling experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives and performance indicators
  • Exhibit profound product knowledge and engage customers with captivating narratives
  • Effectively utilize styling and sales technology
  • Develop and sustain a dedicated client base
  • Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Accurately manage point-of-sale transactions
  • Support boutique operations as required
  • Contribute to inventory management and visual presentation
  • Engage in training and team collaboration sessions
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in luxury or contemporary retail sales
  • Ability to stand and move for extended durations
  • Willingness to work during weekends and holidays
  • Passion for fashion, art, and design
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
