Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a deep understanding of our luxury brand and products.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and product recommendations to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in our luxury products, including fashion, accessories, and handbags, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company visual merchandising standards and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and store leadership to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support key initiatives.
- Experience: Previous luxury retail sales experience, preferably in a high-end fashion or contemporary retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
