Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer financial guidance to assess the yearly operating budget, strategic initiatives, and forecasting activities.
  • Compute run rates, and pinpoint business drivers and trends.
  • Aggregate and present budget versus actual expenditures, providing valuable insights.
  • Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders for enhanced understanding.
  • Predict near-term profit and loss, influencing business strategies.
  • Support the monthly closing process, including journal entries.
  • Examine data to generate targeted reports aimed at performance enhancement.
  • Aid in the preparation of financial review presentations and sales incentive plans.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is essential; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Proficient in Excel and adept in financial modeling.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Hyperion, BPC, or TM1 is advantageous.

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
