We are seeking a Senior Process Engineering Specialist to take charge of the innovative design and modeling of advanced chemical processes.

This role is pivotal in driving innovation in the development, synthesis, and commercialization of cutting-edge materials and chemical processes that play a vital role in the energy transition, leveraging expertise in artificial intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and constructing laboratory and pilot-scale systems while executing both conceptual and detailed process engineering, including comprehensive process simulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new process technologies and translate them into comprehensive process models.
  • Simulate and enhance our processes to determine optimal designs and create Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).
  • Design and construct laboratory and pilot-scale systems, analyzing test outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a relevant field (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical process design and simulation for both new and existing processes.
  • Experience in reactor modeling.
  • Proficiency in high-level techno-economic analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage technology development and new process design.
  • A keen interest in the convergence of Material Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
