Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst position is designed to offer direct assistance primarily to the Director of US Operations FP&A, along with Plant Controllers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial insights related to forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis concerning monthly plant operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing inventory reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to support the Director of US Operations FP&A in making informed tactical and strategic decisions across various financial and operational domains within US Plants and the Global Supply Chain division.

- Aid the Director in preparing presentations for strategic planning, business reviews, and other financial presentations for Senior Management.
- Analyze and compile data on Raw Materials/Months on Hand Inventory and strategic inventory metrics for senior management review.

- Collaborate with Plant Controllers to prepare reporting analyses, focusing on performance comparisons against prior years and budgets, inventory management, and monthly re-forecasting efforts.

- Support the annual budgeting process by consolidating budgets from Plant Controllers and providing financial assistance for the 5-Year Strategic Plan.

- Facilitate the coordination and execution of interim forecast updates for US Plants and the Supply Chain Division.
- Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial commentary for US Operations Senior Management.
- Offer financial support for special projects as needed.
- Develop, design, and generate ad-hoc reports and analytical models.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting is required; an MBA or CPA is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in plant controlling, cost accounting, financial planning & analysis, or similar roles within a manufacturing context is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment is crucial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with Access, Oracle, Cognos, Hyperion, or SAP-BPC is advantageous.
