Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed ticket sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, including fans and corporate partners
- Present ticket packages and premium experiences to clients in person or virtually
- Engage with fans and customers in-arena during games to provide exceptional customer service
- Prospect new sales opportunities while working game activation activities
- Build and maintain detailed customer information in sales databases
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive sales growth
- 1-2+ years of professional selling experience
- Ability to engage and interact with current and prospective clients and fans
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to problem-solve and deliver high-end customer service
- Uphold and demonstrate organizational values at all times
- Ability to foster a positive team culture and work collaboratively with others
