Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Oversee all phases of food production and service

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of high-volume culinary management experience, preferably with Asian experience
  • Proven experience creating a safe work environment incorporating teamwork and professional development
  • Success in controlling costs associated with running a profitable business, including food, labor, and beverage
  • Ability to drive sales and guest traffic
  • Basic math calculations and understanding of fundamental accounting principles
