Position Overview: BPA Program Manager

In the role of BPA Program Manager at IMSolutions, you will take charge of overseeing and integrating various business enhancement and enterprise transformation initiatives. This position requires managing project engagements, supervising contract personnel, and ensuring the quality of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee multiple intricate projects under the federal government's Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA).
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the contract and manage Order Program Managers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish project objectives and methodologies.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and evaluations.
  • Facilitate team discussions and meetings to promote effective communication.
  • Oversee the financial and administrative components of projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with eight years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in managing contracts for Federal Government Agencies.
  • Strong expertise in program management.
  • Exceptional facilitation and team leadership abilities.
  • Prior involvement in process improvement initiatives.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Foreign National with a valid work permit.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $150,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and insurance coverage.
