Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team at i360technologies. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall supervision of Contractor operations, acting as the primary interface between Government and the Contractor personnel, and reviewing and monitoring technical work for quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Provide overall supervision of Contractor operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Government Interface: Act as the primary interface between Government and the Contractor personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Technical Review: Review and monitor technical work for overall quality, efficiency, and timeliness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Project Management: Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Leadership: Lead projects from original concept through final implementation, following project management and software development best practices as found in CMMI and PMP methodologies.
  • Communication: Interact with all areas affected by the project, including end users, to ensure that project requirements are met and that stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues/problems and recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of issues/problems.
  • Process Improvement: Assume responsibility or provide designee of project, development, and/or test lead in the absence of the lead, and prepare and hold a Contract Review that includes the project plan, risks, issues, and staffing.
  • Software Development Methodology: Prepare a twice-annual Software Development Methodology Evaluation Report that assesses the client's Software Development Life Cycle processes and proposes improvement recommendations, and lead process improvements based on the report's recommendations.
  • Project Implementation: Gauge the complexity of the project and recommend project implementation plans with CMMI and Agile software development considerations to best meet project goals, scope, schedule, costs, and customer expectations.
  • Staffing: Coordinate any staffing changes with the COR, and aid client management team and staff in exploring new methodologies and more efficient ways of conducting business as well as assist with aligning client business with Department level direction.
  • ServiceNow: Review all open ServiceNow tasks assigned to the team, update ServiceNow's target completion dates, note changes to target completion dates in the change task's work log, and monitor progress to completion.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in program management within the last 6 years.
  • Certifications: PMP Certification is required, and must have received qualification on the most current version of the ITIL Foundation level, a certificate of completion is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel, and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clearance: Must be able to complete a federal background investigation, and must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
