We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Federal HR Project Coordinator to supervise and manage personnel contracted to the government across various task orders. The ideal candidate will be accountable for overseeing performance, serving as a liaison among the client, the contractor, and our organization, and ensuring the effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact among the client, contractor, and our organization.
  • Oversee and assess staff performance, offering guidance and support to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
  • Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and prepare regular status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with HR and recruitment management as necessary, including the hiring, onboarding, and training of new personnel.
  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
  • Remote work options available for residents of MD, VA, or NC.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or project management, ideally within a federal contracting setting.
  • A solid understanding of federal contracting processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in HR and/or recruitment management is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is considered a plus.
